Quick Start Cheat Sheet

Use this one-pager to know which dashboard to open, how to prompt the agent, what to update, and what not to do.

Which dashboard should I use?

  • Executive / owner: Executive dashboard + portfolio dashboard
  • Coordinator / PM: Standard dashboard + tracker workbook
  • Field lead: Field-ops dashboard + checklist + daily update draft

6-step workflow

  • 1. Identify the site and phase
  • 2. Open the correct dashboard
  • 3. Review priorities, deadlines, and risks
  • 4. Ask the agent for one clear task
  • 5. Review dates, names, recipients, and placeholders
  • 6. Approve, correct, save, or escalate

Good prompts

Summarize what is due next for Site 2726. Draft today's daily update from these notes. Create a port request for GM2 port allocation. Review Wayne's latest email and update the risk log.

Do not do this

  • Do not send external email without approval unless explicitly authorized.
  • Do not invent dates, quantities, or completion status.
  • Do not leave placeholders in final drafts.
  • Do not hide blockers in your head or personal notes.

Update these tools every day

  • Tracker workbook: risks, AP status, daily updates, inventory, port requests
  • Project files: brief, checklist, risk log, weekly board
  • Draft emails: fill placeholders before approval

Escalate right away if

  • Photo deadline is at risk
  • Inventory cannot be completed in 24 hours
  • Ports are blocking device turn-up
  • Grounding, APs, pharmacy, deli, or construction dependencies are unclear
