6-step workflow
- 1. Identify the site and phase
- 2. Open the correct dashboard
- 3. Review priorities, deadlines, and risks
- 4. Ask the agent for one clear task
- 5. Review dates, names, recipients, and placeholders
- 6. Approve, correct, save, or escalate
Good prompts

Draft today's daily update from these notes.

Review Wayne's latest email and update the risk log.
Do not do this
- Do not send external email without approval unless explicitly authorized.
- Do not invent dates, quantities, or completion status.
- Do not leave placeholders in final drafts.
- Do not hide blockers in your head or personal notes.
Update these tools every day
- Tracker workbook: risks, AP status, daily updates, inventory, port requests

- Draft emails: fill placeholders before approval
Escalate right away if
